Do I need experience to buy a device?
No. We recommend the 4-day foundation course with the device. The manufacturer recommends that the device be used by people who have completed professional electrolysis training.
How does EVO X HD differ from ST-350?
EVO X HD has three frequencies, more modes, programmes for women and men, the hydration test and infusion. ST-350 works at 6.78 MHz, is smaller and simpler to start with. Both have MC vector modulation and offer thermolysis, blend and electrolysis.
Will electrolysis replace laser in my salon?
It works best alongside laser. Laser quickly reduces dark hair over large areas, while electrolysis removes light, grey and single hairs that laser cannot see.
What about service and warranty?
The devices have a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects. Accessories such as probe holders and cables have separate terms. Service is carried out mainly in Warsaw, in cooperation with certified, trained engineers. If there is a problem, you contact us directly.
